I'll play too.
I'm going to go at this as if I were looking to make this my dedicated autocross/track car.
Let's assume I'd pay $1500 for a beat up old Miata with bad paint and 200k miles on the chassis.

Original black paint – less than good condition (needs paint or vinyl wrap) = leave paint as is, no extra cost
Body/Chassis has 200,000miles = OK if not rust-bucket. If rust-bucket, I walk away from sale.
Original top (needs new top) = Deduct $500. $300 for the top and $200 for the inconvenience for me to replace it.
Original seats (need new *driver’s seat only*) = Deduct $100. I'll probably replace it with a cheap alum bucket.
Headlights stuck in up position (needs to be converted to flush lights) = Deduct $150 for two new motors, hope that's all it needs...

Good Parts (OEM):
Has Limited Slip Differential = OK, no adder since it was OE anyways.
Has rebuilt engine block w/ forged pistons & racing internals (70,000 miles since rebuilt) = Ok, no adder.
Has 1999 Miata Head, Intake, Throttle, Idle valve & components = OK, no adder since @200k probably needed new engine anyways.
Has a 2004 6-speed transmission from MS Miata w/ clutch (50k miles on it as of now) = Ok, no adder. I don't NEED a 6 speed, but I NEED any trans.

Maintenance done from June 2014 – current:
New Fuel filter, new water pump, Full timing belt job, coolant = Ok, recent maintenance.
New master clutch cylinder, new slave cylinder & FULL SS clutch line = Ok, recent maintenance. Replacing rotting brake lines is a plus.
New Front brake pads and oil changed. = Ok, recent maintenance.
Gear/Trans oil changed = Ok, recent maintenance.

Aftermarket Modifications & Upgrades (power/efficiency):
*Standalone ECU controlled with: Megasquirt PNP Gen1 ECU = $200 added value. I'd keep and reuse this.
Tuned with Tuner studio & Megalog viewer (full subscription) (full control of spark/fuel/components) = OK. No adder.
AEM Uego Wideband O2 sensor (0-5v / 10-20AFR), MPX 2.5 bar map sensor (up to 21 psi tunable) = OK. No adder, supports ECU.
(boost/vacuum gauge, AFR gauge, and analog oil pressure gauge)= OK. No adder, supports ECU.
*Jackson Racing/ Eaton M45 Supercharger – W/ 7-9 psi of boost installed = $750 added value quick resale.
- Rebuilt By JonBond Performance on (09/20/14) (coated rotors, new oil, ported and polished case) = OK. supports supercharger.
- Devil’s Own Methanol /water injection stage 1 (2 Quart reservoir) = $100 Added value quick resale.
OBX stainless steel header (Covered by TDR heat blanket) = Deduct $100 for crappy header that I'll replace.
Magnaflow Catback full exhaust = No adder. I'm just happy it's not a fart can.
Adjustable / fully exposed Cam gears = Deduct $250. I really don't want to deal with adjustable cam gears...I have megasquirt to control timing.
Properly done Power steering Delete = Deduct $150. No thanks. I prefer PS.
No Air conditioning = Ok. I don't need AC.

Interior / safety /style upgrades:
Hard dog Double diagonal roll bar (chassis mounted) = Add $300. I can buy a used one for $350-400, but I'd get a quick sale on this one for $300.
Painted green Gauge cover, 3-pod A-pillar gauges (boost, AFR, and Oil) = Barf. Deduct $100 for a new gauge cover.
Pioneer Stereo w/ Bluetooth, and pioneer door speakers = OK
Racing steering wheel = Ok. Not my thing, but I know I could resell this. No adder. I NEED a steering wheel, whatever it may be.
NRG quick release (ball bearing type 1 with the slim hub) = Ok. Not my thing, but I know I could resell this. I NEED a steering wheel. No adder.

Suspension upgrades / wheels:
Stagg SHS Dampeners = Deduct $600. I need to replace these cheap Ebay shocks immediately.
Vogtland Racing Coil over springs (Ride height 1.75’’ lower than stock) = Deduct $200 for slammed Miata damage on underbody.
Flyin’ Miata Oversized Front and Rear Sway bars = Add $150. Nice. I don't need to replace these.
Team Dynamics Wheels[/QUOTE] = Add $400. Decent wheels. I'm not giving any added value to the tires though. I NEED tires.

SO, that brings me to a total final value of...drum roll please...roughly $1250. I'll pay cash, so my starting offer is $1250.
